We include free shipping on all orders over $49, no handling fees or hidden charges. 

For orders in the continental United States, delivery takes 4 - 11 business days.  For international orders, delivery takes 14 - 21 business days.  We also offer faster shipping options at an additional cost.

Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a Jewelry County product selling at another online store for a lower price, we will happily refund the difference. Simply contact us within 14 days of making your purchase and we'll issue the refund within 24 hours.

Returns

Jewelry County has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on unused products for the full purchase price.  To request a refund or exchange, simply email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a RAN (return authorization number) and instructions. 

*** Please do not return your product(s) without contacting us first for a RAN.  Our shipping department will send back any returns without a RAN.
